Re: Tow vehicle suggestions

vans are o.k. if your o.k. with the visibility thing. They are a beast trying to see out of them. I've had them and you can get plenty of motor. It's whatever floats your boat. I'd still take a ext cab or a crew cab add a quality cap and it's alot quieter. You hear every rattle and squeek from the t...

Re: Tow vehicle suggestions

I've had both SUV's and P.U.'s. Problem I found with SUV's is it neither a pickup or station wagon. Pickup's are nice for throwing gargbage in or a gas can without the worry of a drip or smell. Re: two sets of 17 inch wheels off my 06 Miata MX5

I priced the wheels at half what I paid and you buy them the tires come with them. I don't have any pics of the tires but I would say at least 1/2 worn, plenty left in them..(as you can see,Pat posted the pics for me and Gordon answered the size question, so they know I'm cha'langed!) Thanks guys.

Any interest in moving the date from January (or whenever it is) to right after our last event of the year? My thought is to catch the enthusiasm(sic) of that last event and get it in before the holiday season sets in. There are at least 5 (6 to be exact)weekends before Thanksgiving. Can we throw it...

Tom C. , must have been one heck of a traffic jam. I like the way things are "fleshed out" on the forum. It seems (to me)everyone does a great job with their input. Keep it up.

Re: Replacing my wife's totalled Mazda Tribute

the reason I asked was I just drove a dealer loaner Mazda 6 for a week. V6, 5 speed. loved fuel!! It was a little rocket and I drove the skirt off it but it had milege that rivaled my 5.3 V8 GMC. Nice car but I wouldn't buy one for a daily driver.(because of the fuel mileage) Plus the tranny was lai...
