Ok the question is what cold pressure do you run your trailer tires?

Dpends if trailer is empty or loaded. Where trailer is very light when empty, it will REALLY bounce if driven with 'loaded' pressures. I think 35psi loaded, 30 psi empty.

most trailer tires are 50psi cold.
radial tires you can get away with a little lower but bias ply you need to religiously check they are at 50psi cold or they will overheat and blow out easily.

Whatever it says on the sidewall...50-something whether the car is on it or not. Mine weighs 1600# empty and doesn't bounce around at all.
