As a heads up, anyone wanting to go RT 9 through VT in a caravan-style of fun, Abdi and i are meeting at Home Depot in Keene at 11am SHARP. Have trusty GPS so arriving there is easy. Around mid-trip plan to stop at a highway rest stop for food and fuel. We should arrive at WGI around 5pm depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Where: Home Depot in Keene, NH
When: 11am SHARP

Please PM me if you want to join and we can exchange cell phone #'s.
Enjoy the Track,

Steven R.

Hope for the best, cause I just got off the phone with one of my counterparts who is in Corning, NY. They have 5" now and expecting 10-12" more by tomorrow morning. Lots of melting will take place before next Sunday, but I wouldn't bet on the BMW bunch pulling off their event.
Next shot if that fails in NHIS Test Day on the 26th!!

I am not sure what NHIS got on this one (flooded paddock area if nothing else), so maybe the SCCA event will take place next weekend. Bruce let us know, I may run up there to watch on Saturday. Thanks.

Forget the snow. Long range forcast calls for rain both 23rd and 24th. With rain also comes fog on top of the Hill at the track. Last years Audi Club event in July had rain and fog. I was only able to do 30 minutes on the track for both days. You can run in the rain, but the track won't let you run in the fog :!: The flag stations have to be able to see.

You are progressing ... from snow to fog ... you need to meditate MORE ..
from fog to SUN.
Raj is already burning incense and if you can make a sun bigger than his you are the man!

I'm hoping the SCCA school is on for Fri-Sat, the race would be Sunday.

Dan,
Beyond 7 days long range forcast are worthless, 4 days is pushing the forecasting limits.

Didn't they tell us during our cruise something about this lake has only frozen twice in the last 100 years and it keeps the immediate area around the lake more temperate?

Check out Camera 1 and the snow on the hills in the background.
