i have been to race tracks and people have showed me the fast line and then i made my own that was faster so idk about having to learn braking points and wear the apex of the corner is or if u have to dimond or square the corner to make it fast but learning how to get away from spinning people has been honed at star, lee and white mtn speed way + how to keep the car from spinning or if it gets away from u or if u just plain dive it in way to deep into a corner and i mean just screw it up haha but ya ill take a ride with one of the instructors could i attend the meet on sunday the 25th and get a ride?

that heel toe thing u guys do some one is going to have to teach me that due to my lack of having to down shift during circle track racing and the shifter cart u just hit the lever and tap the throtle when u feel it disengage the previous gear

I don't heel and toe. I have tried..but cannot do it with any consistency. The cars I drive don't seem to require it,so I tend not to do it.
It is a skill that should be learned, though, and I do try to practice it on occasion. (usually when it's raining...)

Learn all you can from your instructors. Listen to them with an open mind. If you stop learning, you stop progressing in life.

Very funny,Carl.

Sam, perhaps we could ride in the backseat of the Grocery Getter while you're shopping?

Weekends are hard to come by and very expensive. But we run during the day. We run mid week a few times a year.

Hey geoff, from one of the other jeff's,

If you saw what Sam brought to the track, and how fast he goes, you would wet your pants in his back seat, trust me!!!

Liz wants to know why every instructor keeps asking her if she's going to throw up - she thinks there must be a story about a ride along losing lunch in a borrowed helmet or something....someone should fess up about that!!
