FS: 2003 SVT Cobra
FS: 2003 SVT Cobra
After a lot of thought I, have decided to sell my Cobra. I plan to pull all of the trick parts off of it and sell it in close to stock condition. However, before I do that I am offering it up to the group as it sits, without the spares, for 18k even. The car is completely sorted, weighed, and corner balanced for a 200 pound driver....even though I still only weigh 186.
It is a ridiculously fast, truly fantastic machine. However, as I have been transitioning more to track events, I have become increasingly aware of the car's lack of a cage for the kind of driving I wish to continue doing. The car is VERY nice....I don't want to ruin it by hacking it up to get a cage/gutting the interior.....and so, as difficult a choice as it is, I need to let it go.
Here is the full list, pictures on request...

I'd be really impressed if you did an E-brake slide to get the car parked like that in the garage. How much for the stroller?

Sorry, not my garage,or my stroller.
The car generated some interest, but out of state sales are a PITA... No one local wants one of these?

Hi Troy;
Out of state sales should be easy ------ just get the money and sign over the title to the buyer, The only hard part is getting the money
If you have some interest but they don't want to spend quit as much money , you can sell my Cobra for me. My wife wants me to get rid of it She says I've had it too long and am too use to it making it, making it hard for others to compete with me. So she wants me to start over with another car

Re: FS: 2003 SVT Cobra
Sorry you decided to let it go, BUT my chances at a spot near the top in SPA went up dramatically That's a quick car! Your next ride with a full cage will be PA, right?

Re: FS: 2003 SVT Cobra
It is definitely an amazing car, and I was just starting to get quicker with it, making me hyper conscious about the lack of safety gear.
but..No, I'll be going a little slower this year.....probably in ST4.
