Uh Uh, Frank, we did the Tremblant thing, now let's see if you have 5 seconds on me at Mosport (oh, and I will actually have race rubber and brakes this time)! If you do that you will have shattered FF's track record!

Yeah, Sam. I don't know what I was thinking passing up Mosport last year, except that it appears to be located in a slightly less colorful part of Canada than is MT. Also, I hate New York so much that even driving through it is torture. Speaking of NY, Watkins Glen is a great track, of course, but being in that benighted part of the midwest is depressing. I had to work to find a restaurant that would serve me a beer with dinner.

I want to try the new track. I'd pay a little more for the experience.

I see phase II has hotel rooms on site - what a novel idea! Why dont more tracks do this?

Papa Swinehart was asking about the rates, so I dug up my notes from last summer. I hear they've already pushed opening back a few weeks (at least), and I can't say the rates are the same, but you can be sure they're not lower...

I would love to see this track added to the 08 schedule. Mid week is fine with me, preferred actually.

I'll sign up for an event there. I'm definitely going to drive that track this season, just not sure with which club yet. I think once they get their opening date nailed down, more clubs will post booked dates.
