Room & Board

• Camping - is allowed. Wood fires may be made and maintained only in PMP designated or approved fire pits between sunset and sunrise. Stakes may be driven in unpaved areas only. There are buried utilities, you will be charged for repairs to any track property you damage.
• Parking - If you are arriving Friday, please leave the first 5 parking spaces in the cold pit area that are to the right of the pit out opening ( basically from the corner to the telephone pole) open for the track operations staff. We’re working the event and having our stuff close by is a big help in keeping things running smoothly. Thanks!
• Food Trailer – Will be open and does breakfast and lunch (and ice cream!!) that is very good (same provider as last year.) There are also some fine small businesses within a couple miles of the track that would be happy to feed you for a fee. If you see a track worker in line for lunch, please thank them for helping keep us safe and show them to the front of the line.
• Gas – There is fuel available at the track for purchase, both 93 and 100 octane. There is also gas is available (all grades of street and race fuel) in “town” about 2 miles from the track.
• Sound - The default sound limit is 95 decibels on the A scale measured at 50 feet from the track edge. Vehicles violating the limit will be black flagged and not allowed on track without corrective measures. Please come prepared. This limit will be strictly enforced. NO refund. If you’re running a factory exhaust, you’re likely OK. If you think your modified exhaust is loud, it is, and you better bring some options to make sound or you’re going home. They check sound all over the track.

As Always

• Tech - Please show up in line with your car ready to be teched- bring your registration sheet, helmet, (and drivers suit if super class), car numbers in place.
• Your RFID timing cards should be on the PASSENGER side of your car.
• Traffic Flow - The speed is VERY SLOW.

Other Info

• As with all the tracks we run, there is a contract that we sign with lots of pages of legal-speak conditions that we agree to, in order to have the pleasure of renting the facility and holding an event. When you sign the track’s release at the front gate, and your COMSCC registration form each day, you are agreeing to the conditions of said contract, and if you crash NHMS and COMSCC are not responsible for your loss.
• Children under age 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Please no riding scooters/ATV/bicycles, etc. while the track is hot…this is a fast-paced event and movement around the paddock can be a safety hazard. Members are responsible for the actions of their crew and guests.
• Please no bedding of brakes or other screwing around anywhere inside or outside the track. Performing unsafe maneuvers in the paddock, parking, or access road areas will get you a stern talking to, followed by an escort off the property.
• If you arrive in the evening after registration is closed, you may at the gate, and you may occupy the garage if one has been pre-assigned to you. Please leave garages and the rest of the paddock area CLEAN! Please, no fluids in the trash or batteries left behind.
• Please TURN ON your push notifications for the COM app as we will be using the mobile app to push out schedule changes and other pertinent information. Also, please feel free to use the in-app messenger to contact other members at the event, or to communicate with the leadership.
• Pets must be on a leash
• NO Firearms or fireworks of any kind
• NO Alcohol consumption while the track is HOT
• NO drugs any time

Send along any additional questions to me at OPERATIONS@COMSCC.ORG or via the APP.

SEE YOU THERE!!
