Shared Shop Space

Just throwing this out there for some advice. There's an opportunity to get into a building in the Worcester area that could serve as a shared shop space. I certainly don't want to take business away from our members who own shops, but there will always be DIY jobs. How much would you pay for an insured, heated stall (shared space, not private) in a low crime, easy access area? Even if it's just for winter storage?

This brings up all kinds of questions about liability, and I haven't gotten that far. Just want to ping the membership to start assessing feasibility.
