2016 COMSCC – Updates for July / Aug

Reminder: Event BBQ & Payment Update:
In order to simplify the BBQ registration & payment so Bobby "Shake 'N Bake" Brooks can prepare properly, the payment of the BBQ fee is now part of the overall event payment process on MSR. When you register for an event in MSR, selecting the BBQ will add the appropriate fee to your total event costs.. For Thompson and subsequent events the BBQ fee will be $12/person to help Bob better meet our needs.

COMSCC 2016 Long Sleeve T-shirts:
If you missed out on the early membership reg. package we still have 2016 & some 2015 shirt sizes left to sell. Scott Rosnick (#09 Orange BMW / T40) is selling them at the track. Cash only and first come first serve. Please see Scott if you would like to purchase a shirt.

July Board Meeting:
Our next BOD meeting is on Wednesday July 20th, 2016 at Salvatore's Restaurant in Andover, MA. The meetings begin at 7:30pm but most arrive early for dinner prior to starting the meeting.

Upcoming event registrations:
• Registration for our 5th event (Monday Aug 29th & Tuesday Aug 30th) at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport) will open in one week on 7/18/16.
• Registration for our 6th event (Monday Sept 12th & Tuesday Sept 13th) at Watkins Glen (freshly paved!) will open on 8/1/16.

Thompson Event this Friday / Saturday:
Members registered for Thompson should be seeing specific event information via email this week. Also please remember to check the forum website for updates prior to leaving home for the event: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5307
