NEW_RULE:
Allow for a percantage adjusted exchange (in concept, a multipler, or PAX) in order for drivers/cars in one class to be judged against other drivers/cars in other classes. Exmaple, Prepared A could have a PAX of 1.00 and SSC would be 0.75 and every other class would be somewhere in between. PAX multipiers would be determined by reviewing the results of many cars in all classes across all tracks under last 5 years.

MY COMMENTS: Though cumbersome to determine, having PAX would provide "equal" competition across all classes. FTD would no longer be the only "bragging" rights a driver would have. PAX adjusted times would offer the oppuritunity for good drivers in slower cars to possibly brag as well.
