top gear

any one watch the new BBC top gear ?
what did you think about it ??

i do like the idea of a star in a rally cross car .
the hole show seamed a little scripted to me but all in all i liked the show .

If you look at how much folks disliked american top gear, and then, after they settled in, it became enjoyable....then you'd think that this UK version will come along given a decent start. I think Chris was trying a little too hard, but they have big shoes to fill. I dug the viper piece a lot. The camera work at the end of that was excellent. I didn't really care for the "which star has the better car" piece..... it seemed like filler.
