if your car new had no power steering and AC . you would still have to adjust the classification point as if you removed them from the car your self .

Modified steering rack from power assist to manual or manual to power assist is a zero point mod in the suspension section.

AC was a factory option on the NA Miatas thus you do not assess the removal of it in the engine section (just the weight removed).
