miata spring rates

ok so does any one know for sure what the stock NA Miata spring rates for the front and rear ?
I have been given so many answers it's not funny !
my guess would be some were in the 125 LBS range ?

IIRC it is 154F/94R
Fat Cat Motorsports has a suspension worksheet you can download to calculate roll stiffness of different setups.
