Is COM participating at RACER'S EXPO this year?

I recall last year it was postponed due to the freak storm. Are we participating this year?
Friday, February 7, 2014 - 4 PM to 9 PM
Saturday, February 8, 2014 - 10 AM to 5 PM

At the last meeting the board decided not to attend this year I believe.
