i'm a member of many forums but i'm only active on a hand full of them . comscc being one .
i'm also very active on the race car engineering , Ferrari , lambo and Porsche forums as I own or have owned them .
I was on the Honda forums when I had my delsol aka the gay Ferrari and after a week or two I found out all it was is a bunch of kids that the big thing they do is install some rims on there car and think they have some thing .

I spent well over 200 hours with this design program I bought for designing aerodynamics for cars .
I have designed a aero kit for the early NC cars that I want to see if it would be worth going into production with .
going on the forums is a good way to see just what if any thing people are looking for . but if they are just a bunch of look at my wheels people I know it's not worth going any farther with this .

I have found out that people with the late NC cars do not like the grilles on the cars .
there is a solid piece that runs along the top part of the grilles that covers the bumper rebar that they are bitching about .
there right it looks like crap !
over the week end I did some design drawings with a nicer looking grille for the car .

Be careful posting things for sale. The moderators are on top of it and will boot you unless you pay the vendor registration fees. I said I had a diff I would sell (responded to a local person looking) and got a warning.

It's a bit ridiculous if you ask me but many pay the fees so the folks in charge try to keep it fair for everyone.

I tend never to sell things or advertise things on forums if there is not a classified section .
my niece and I are just researching what the market is for what i'm designing and building for the NC car .
the spoiler and splitter should sell how ever from what we can see is though many want a flat bottom with a diffuser that really works.
most will or would rather try and do it at home in there garage them selfs .
they fail terribly at it with just enough info and knowledge to be dangerous to the drag and down force of the car and what they want to do with it .
I have run some programs of the aero things people have done and out of the 4 I have run not one has done any thing but add drag to the car . note they were of the diffusers and bottoms that looked like they should work !
when it comes to the NC aero the market is just not there for diffuser's and flat bottoms .
the reason is classes to run them in scca there is spu NASA has a class also or for time attack events .
so even though this kit will work great it looks like we could only sell 2 to 5 of them .
so with that few production cost to cut out the kits then add in marketing to sell them they would not sell because of the high cost for production and marketing .
I could maybe sell them and do the cutting and drilling of all the mounting holes my self ?
but then there is my labor cost to do so .
just not worth it for me I could make more money if I went to stop & shop and bagged groceries .
