The Good:
Tein Coilovers in good shape, car rides and handles great
1.6L of fury...engine runs great, recently tuned up no issues that I can tell
It is registered, inspected and road legal
lightweight flywheel with newer clutch...revs quicks shifts good
like new Harddog roll bar with cover
comes with 3 sets of wheels (1 set 13" with street tires in good condition 1 set 14" daisies with street tires in good condition 1 set 13" circle racing wheels with absolutely destroyed Kumho V710's)
It has a pair of Sparco Sprint seats that are very, very rough, but intact.
It also comes with your very own set of expired G-Force Pro harnesses and arm restraints (if you're into that sort of thing)
The Bad (it is a lemons candidate after all)

I drove this car with absolutely no issues on warm sunny days all summer it's fun to drive with the lightweight flywheel and shorty tires it kinda feels quick(ish), it IS a miata.
what you have here is a $500 miata with a baller suspension and baller roll bar.....
