This is an M1 Hard Dog Hard Core Hard Top TB2 (double diagonal) roll bar for an NA Miata. More info can be found here:

All original hardware including bolts, nuts and mounting plates are included. Also included is SFI padding already installed on the bar with the leather cover:

There is no major damage to the bar just a few small scratches near where the side hard top clamps are and where the seat back braces were attached.
