It was at the new convention center in Boston. I didn't get to make it though.

I attended with a good friend of mine, we both had a blast. I also attended last year and did not see many new cars compared to last year. If anything there were less cars this year. This made the car show itself somewhat dull but the test drives more than made up for it.

All of the big manufacturers attended, but some of the Japanese manufacturers did not bring all of their cars. Nissan did not have a 370z or GTR, Subaru did not have a WRX STi or any rally cars, Mitsubishi didn't even show. Jeep brought back the "Jeep experience" where you are driven around in a Jeep vehicle around an off-road obstacle course which was fun and cool to check out the new Jeeps in action. The new Grand Cherokee is very impressive.

I don't remember this from last year but this year people who attended had a chance to test drive some of the vehicles from GM, Ford, and KIA around the convention center. The only cars I cared to wait in line for to test drive were the Camaro SS and anything on the Cadillac "V" line.

I was extremely impressed by the CTS-V, sleek lines, very nice interior, smooth ride, and scary amounts of power. Went WOT while driving it, I was not ready for the hell that broke loose. The Camaro is pretty quick and tail happy but somewhat sluggish when compared to a 4 door supercharged v8 Cadillac.

Overall it was fun, I would recommend to anyone who is interested in going next year to show up early(10 minutes before they open), sign up for the test drives, get in line for the cars you want to drive so you get that out of the way before everyone else shows up, then go in to the car show. We went in to the show first came back out and had to wait for 30 minutes to test drive each car.
