Broom handle is best. Quality would be wooden.

I found that a wood baseball bat is the best.

Thanks for the tip. I emailed them this morning.

Thanks for the replies, but I'm pretty sure the bat/broom handle method is not for me. I'd rather spend a few bucks and not risk damaging things by doing it myself. I'm a decent wrench, but I know my limits. :)

What do you mean ? Look at my car- I used a bat on the fender lip...roof, doors and hood...come to think of it have a pro do it :oops:

As it turned out, enough members from SVTOA New England expressed a need for the tool. So, I convinced the chapter to buy the fancy one from Tirerack. :)
