NHMS 3, August 29 and 30 (SPECIAL CHANGES @ 100pm TODAY)

1. There will be NO REGISTRATION on Sunday night. NHMS emplowees have been told to stay home on Sunday, so no registration, no drop off of vehicles and no entry on Sunday. Registration wilL be open from 700AM until 930AM on Monday and 700AM to 800AM on Tuesday. ON TRACK TIME WILL BE 1030am TO 630PM on Monday. Please remember, you MUST go through registration EACH day to pick up your instruction pack and Tech Sheet.
2. Cars may be dropped off TODAY - SATURDAY up to 900PM. Camping will be allowed on Monday night. You may NOT occupy a garage until you are assigned a garage space. If you prepaid for a garage, It will be confirmed, and your assigned garage number will be issued when you register at the window. If you have not prepaid, pay at the registration window. Garages are available on a first come, first served basis at a cost of $50.00 per day, with space for 2 cars in each garage.
3. Entry time is 700AM on Monday.
4. Tech inspection will be held outside the Tech Shed on Monday and Tuesday mornings. The times will be announced in the confirmation email from the Registrar.
5. The fluid shed will be open from (to be announced at drivers meeting) on Monday and Tuesday.
6. Parents are responsible for controlling their children. Unattended children (under age 16) are not allowed. This is a fast paced event and any violation of this rule creates a safety hazard. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
7. NO areas are to be used for brake bedding, suspension tuning, etc. Violators will be asked to leave the premises. Unsafe speed or other practices ANYWHERE on the track property will result in the violator being asked to leave the premises.
8. Minors (under age 16) will not be allowed to ride bicycle, scooters, ATV's, etc. anytime during the hours the track is open.
9. COM logo patches and bumper stickers will be available at the registration booth and in the garage area. Patches are a minimum $5.00 donation and $1.00 for stickers. COM T shirts will be available in the garage area, probably $15.
10. Don't forget to go to the web registration site and sign up for Bob's famous BBQ on Monday night.
11. The track restaurant will be open from 830AM - 200PM both days. COM had to agree to a minimum, so please use the restaurant to avoid shortfall charges for the club.
12. If you are camping at the track DO NOT run electric cords across areas where there is vehicle traffic.
13. SPECIAL NOTE - - PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WEATHER has caused us to adjust our schedule. Read the points above closely to see those changes

Like every attentive member, I am subscribed to this part of the forum, so I get an e-mail notice whenever a new message is added to any thread. However, it appears that notices are not sent out when a message is edited.

So, if you want people to notice that you changed your message, you need to also post a new message saying you did so.

Neither was I until this morning!

I just drove up RT93N (from exit 4 in NH) to Exit 15E (393), to Rt106 past the track to Laconia. No issues with the route in terms of debris or flooding. Have run today everyone, the weather looks like it will be great.
