I know Ted showed up on Saturday and shot some pictures, could you be mistaking him for the professional? I haven't talked to him since, but will see if I can track him down. - Paul G.

My friend Rick Peirson (he has run with COM before in his black '93 RX7 but drove up with Tony in the white S2000) was there shooting pictures as well. I'll email him a link to this thread and hopefully he'll share his pictures.

Oops! That was during my time trial. I remember coming through T12 thinking my day was going to end early.
Maybe I would have placed better if we awarded style points.

I chatted with ted when he was getting ready to leave on saturday and he said he shot a bunch of pics. He was the guy standing on the roof of the expedition. His com handle is nhsilversti.

I might just be preference on my part, but these guys taking pro pics locally could take a lesson from the guy that does it at Tremblant. It is better when there is just a little more of the track in the shot instead of the car taking up the whole frame. Granted, MT is far more scenic, but still.

I agree. The subject needs some perspective in order to have some idea about what is going on, gives a better sense of speed and movement.

On the other hand, I don't have many pics of my car where you can tell that I'm actually driving.

According to Troy my car pretty much drives itself, I'm just along for the ride.

I thought the guy at Calabogie did a good job getting the car and track as well.
