A tribute to one of my mentors that has passed.

He was an inspiration to all of us Hemi fanatics. An ex F15 pilot that found peace a few weeks ago.

Sorry for your loss. However,150mph on public roads is not something to aspire to..

You missed the entire point of the thread. The aspirations were simply to make a car that was never expected to be able to go 177mph safely do it. I do NOT condone the stuff in the vid BTW. I find my outlet on track with others I can trust to do the right thing if they make a mistake. 99% of the folks on public roads (and how could you ever expect to spot the 1%) scare me into driving like a granny when there. I do 60,000 miles a year, I see it all. See you at Mosport??

Yup, electricly shifted transmission that can be an automatic if the driver so chooses or stay put when chosen. Do your research before jabing please.

I had started this thread 2 weeks after my Mom passed away, sorry for the delay in responding to the childish jabs at my attempt to say thanks to a fellow fast driver that had died. See ya'all at Mosport.
