1. Registration will be open on Friday evening, October 8, from 700PM until 900PM at the main gate of the track. Registration will also be open (same place) from 700AM until 800AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
2. Entry to the track will be allowed at 700pm REPEAT 700pm on Friday night. Camping will be allowed on Friday and Saturday night. You may NOT occupy a garage until you are assigned a garage space. If you prepaid for a garage, Fred will be confirming that and notifying you of your assigned garage number. If you have not prepaid, pay at the registration window. Garages are available on a first come, first served basis at a cost of $50.00 per day, with space for 2 cars in each garage.
3. Entry time is open. In other words, you may enter anytime after 700PM on Friday Oct 8. Sign the risk release at the last window in the
Registration building and you will be good to go!
4. Tech inspection will be held outside the Tech Shed. The times will be announced in the confirmation email from the Registrar.
5. The fluid shed will be open from (to be announced at drivers meeting) on Saturday and Sunday.
6. Parents are responsible for controlling their children. Unattended children (under age 16) are not allowed. This is a fast paced event and any violation of this rule creates a safety hazard. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
7. Parking areas outside the track and the areas within the track are NOT to be used for brake bedding, suspension tuning, etc. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
8. Minors (under age 16) will not be allowed to ride bicycle, scooters, ATV's, etc. anytime during the hours the track is open.
9. COM logo patches and bumper stickers will be available at the registration booth and in the garage area. See Sam Webster. Patches are a minimum $5.00 donation and $1.00 for stickers. COM T shirts will be available in the garage area, probably #15.
10. Don't forget to go to the registration site and sign up for Bob's famous BBQ on Saturday night.
11. The track restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch both day. COM had to agree to a $500 min so please use the restaurant to avoid shortfall charges for the club.
12. If you are camping at the track DO NOT run electric cords across areas where there is vehicle traffic.
