6 gun racing hub conversion kit

I may/must/really have to be looking into updating my subaru's hubs and bearings from an 04 sti to an 05 sti. Particularly interested in the '05 STi 5x114.3 Hub Conversion Kit with Custom Knuckle'.

Is this an allowed updating modification? My car is currently in SPB. Is this in breach of the rule:

"any shock absorbers may be used provided the system of attachment and original mounting points are not altered"
