Driving Excellence at NHMS-3

Post by WillM » Mon Aug 30, 2010 6:02 pm

I was just reviewing some time-trial data from our most recent event (2010 NHMS-3).
We talk a lot about the importance of consistency, so I though I'd share some impressive data.
Here is the list of drivers whose three time-trial laps were within less than a second, between the fastest to the slowest lap.

Excellent driving gentlemen, EXCELLENT!

Notice how the majority of these participants finished very well in their class, and took home trophies!

Scroll down within the box to read all of the names.

By the way, 29% of the time-trial participants had a variance of less than half a second, and 38% had a variance of 0.5 - 1.0 second...!

Will,

Thanks! It was an enjoyable weekend. Many thanks to all those who make this possible.

I was proud when i noticed that my lap 2 and lap 3 where only .002 apart..Thanks for noticing.

As a final note, how does one receive a trophy that was earned at the 6/1 event (missed awards) and this event, where there was a shortage? (I realize that I may have contributed due to a class change with new springs).
