Online registration problems - NHMS 4

Post by kfoote » Sun Aug 29, 2010 3:39 pm

Anyone else having this issue?

I tried to renew my membership and register for the NHMS 4 event, but when I hit the "submit" button on the cart, all it did was refresth the page. It would not bring me to a page that would accept payment, regardless of what payment option was chosen.

I then tried to send an email via the "contact us" link on the registration page, but got the following error:

Contact Us page had a typo that caused the error, now fixed.

Unable to reproduce problems re NHMS-4, maybe try renewing membership, then registering for NHMS-4? In any case, your membership status has been updated from "student" -- I guess you haven't registered for a COM event in a while 8)

Thanks Will. dad may or may not be there depending on whether or not he's in Arizona. I haven't driven anything on track since 2008, and haven't driven my car since the last COM event at Lime Rock, so I'm just hoping I don't embarrass myself too badly. :D

Thanks all, I do have the issue sorted out (thanks Fred!) and am now registered.

I remember there was a REALLY well written turn by turn description of NHMS that was in the COM newsletter a few years ago, and I think it may have been posted somewhere here as well. I'm definitley going to go back and re-read that and hope I can remember it on track.

I'd be OK sitting in on a classroom session if I have the chance.
