VTEC Mini Fer Sale

VTEC Minis sell from the mid 20's to mid 30's for a showroom condition car. Since this is a race car with no giant subwoofers or touchscreen dashboards, I'm putting it up for $23,500.
Just had a baby and am shifting my priorities. I love this car and have put tons of time and money into it. The shell is in incredible condition, and steps have been taken to keep it that way. No expense has been spared regarding the components of this car. I stored the car in a heated garage every winter. Since the engine swap I have only done 2 events in it, both hillclimbs so the competition mileage is under 20. The car was towed to both events. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a shout!
The skinny: the car is a real handful, and requires some handling sorting which I was planning on doing with Scot at DSG before the first spring event I was going to attend.
