I thought that project was dead, ran out of money in legal battles.

The NH Supreme Court issued a decision today that seems almost entirely favorable to Club Motorsports. The local planning board has been instructed to consider permit applications properly. When considered improperly, the permits were denied. When considered properly, it looks much better for Club Motorsports. It may, however, take some time to get all the way back through the decisions and appeals. In any event, Things seem to be coming together for New Hampshire's Monti-ch-ello. :)

And, it looks the shizzle!

Only 2.5 hours from Boston, 3mi course with some 28 turns. This looks amazing! Can't wait!
