guys is that track getting built yet? if not whats the hold up now? have not been by there lately but will be going by when going to nhis this weekend

The NH Supreme Court issued a decision today that seems almost entirely favorable to Club Motorsports. The local planning board has been instructed to consider permit applications properly. When considered improperly, the permits were denied. When considered properly, it looks much better for Club Motorsports. It may, however, take some time to get all the way back through the decisions and appeals. In any event, Things seem to be coming together for New Hampshire's Monti-ch-ello.
