Canadian border crossing.....with fuel?

Post by TroyV » Mon Jul 14, 2008 1:07 pm

Is there any information available on if you can cross the border with 5 gallon gas containers full? Is there a tax, or is the hassle so great that I should just take the price hit and fill the cans after the crossing?

it shouldn't be a problem.
If asked (don't mention otherwise), just say that you will use them up and are not for sale

I always bring lots and NEVER have had any question. If so, say race fuel for off road only.
