WTB: 16' Open Trailer
WTB: 16' Open Trailer
Title says it all. I thought I had one from a forum member but he seems to be no longer returning my calls. I'm in southeast Mass. Looking to spend $15-1900

Econo Trailer
If you are willing to drive to NJ (about 3 hrs) you can get the exact same model shown above for a good price if the guy is still in business. He is a horse person who sells trailers. He had a large stock of accessories (I got a set of 8' tie-downs, a ball coupler and a brake controller, all of which he helped to install).
Econo-Trailer Donald Prostak Phone: 908-638-4884. Will Turner suggested him when I got into racing.
Good luck.

John is right. I have been keeping in touch with the folks from trailer place in NE (thanks Don!) and the price for the Econotrailer (open deck, with 2 rails i.o. full deck) is about $2,100 which is a good price considering it's ready to go (new tires, brakes, etc). What you get 2nd hand for 1,500-1,900 you may still have to invest in something (bet on it) to get it fully operable so the price for the new one at NE trailer is the way to go.John F wrote:Checked out The Trailer Place. Cheapest is $2100, but still an option since it's new. The Econo trailer is up to $1995 now for the same trailer, so it's not worth a drive to NJ, but thanks for the info anyway.
