Boston -> Mosport - anyone have room for extra wheels?

Post by rajito » Thu Jun 07, 2007 4:25 pm

My efforts to bum a rig + trailer to Mosport have failed, so I'm driving down in le ****box bleu.

Does anyone in the Boston area going to Mosport have room for 4 extra wheels/tires? I'm trying to compare how the new NT01's do against identically sized RA1's, on identical rims. I can't fit two sets of wheels in my car though :)

Thanks,
Raj

Raj, I probably have room in the old Dodge. You just have to get them to Merrimack NH on Sat. Let me know.
Better still, try to get a hitch on that slobaru, then you can take my tire trailer!
I would be glad to do it as I am considering Nitto's next time and your experience will help my decision.

Thanks for the responses. I think I found a way to get them there :)

Raj, FYI I have RA1s and NT01s... the NT01s are definitely faster than the RA1. I'm not the best test but my times are a bit quicker.

I think someone discovered the compounds are the same but the tread design is superior and the sidewalls are much stiffer
