Sale of NHIS??
NHIS road racing going away is inevitable, the current owner keeps it around but his supposed "heir" has no interest in the road course, mainly because part of the track is in the "VIP" section, which could attract big money tickets. Even if Roush-Fenway doesn't pick the track up, once the current owner is out, NHIS is gone.

Methinks you are overlooking another type of road racing. There is a 6+ race motorcycle races series as and well as the races held during bike week.Tsurara wrote:NHIS road racing going away is inevitable, the current owner keeps it around but his supposed "heir" has no interest in the road course, mainly because part of the track is in the "VIP" section, which could attract big money tickets. With the AMA long gone, I am not holding out for the bikes to be our saviour. Maybe the bikes , the SCCA and the Karts together may have some clout. Lets hope.
