See ya!
Greg called me. I will be leaving much ealrier (by about 8:30 AM) but I'll keep channel 2.0 on the walkie-talkie open.
Ciao!

Got it and delivered "sur le track"... with air. :salute:
Thank for the loan. Tire (on the Jepp tow car ...) at NHIS was ruined because the nail hit the sidewall. Glad I had the tank just in case.

So, two cats had a swimming race across the pond at Tremblant.
One was an American cat, named "One-Two-Three" and one was a French cat named "Un-Deux-Trois".........

The track thanks us for keeping the noise down on day two. In further conversation early on Tuesday, the track stated the town is becoming more and more strict with the track. The noise limit is a town by-law, as is the number of cars on track. As property values rise in the area, the town of Mt. Tremblant is increasingly concerned that the track is a liability. If this sounds like Lime Rock, you are correct. The track may have been there first, but as civilization encroaches on the area, the track loses.
The track is trying to show it's an asset by hosting larger and larger races; such as Champ Car. Hopefully this strategy pays off. The track is a great track, and it'd be a shame to see it hamstrung by the town.

They should hold a free, open track day for the town folk. Get them all hooked on the crack.

I went back to get my trailer on Wednesday. I noticed the motorcycles were surprisingly quiet, even as I drove down the dirt road.

Their giant trailers and tow vehicles were probably muffling the sound.
Did you see the size of some of those things? Sheesh, they almost put Epstein to shame
, and they are hauling BIKES!

I went there on Friday to get my trailer and there was an open track day. Vince or anyone from the track where not to be seen (this was 10 AM) and there where about eight Campagna T-Rex
http://www.go-t-rex.com/ ready to do track time. I talked to some of them. Nice "things" but they go for $55 K
After Sam's incident in Montreal I was really concerned on whether we were going to find our trailers at the track (Ed and Lance also left their cars and trailers there) and I was surprised to see the gates opened and absolutely no one else from the track there. The Police showed up because one of the T-Rex drivers called them.

We saw one of those heading south-bound on our way to Tremblant. I got a quick look at it, and thought it was an Atom. Just visited the website. The specs include lateral acceleration: over 1 g. Ha! Maybe they should have gone with 4 wheels/tires.
Everything else sounds pretty good though.

Ah, so that's what it was. I saw it as well. Looked a lot more fun than the Smart car I passed in the hauler on the way home!
