Mt. Tremblant Track Info

1) There is early arrival between 5pm and 10 pm on Sunday the 29th. You will not be let in earlier as Skip Barber has a full race event that weekend and the paddock will be crowded.
2) Camping is allowed but there are no services available.
3) Passports are not required to cross the border either way. They do make things easier if you have them.
4) Read the Tremblant track guide, http://www.comscc.org/tracks/monttrem.html Pay attention to what you should have to cross the border. My recent trips to Canada show getting into Canada is still friendly and easy. Getting into America has been not so easy.
5) The paddock area is now paved, for your pleasure. There are no garages. Plan for the heat.
6) Have fun. MT is an awesome, world-class track.

Looks like I am trucking out of Merrimack around 1000AM on Sunday. That should put me there around 530PM. Anyone else?

It looks like I'm the only SCCV guy going, at least from this direction. (One or maybe two will be heading to Tremblant from a weekend event in NY.) It's only about a 3 hour drive or less from the Maplefields at Exit 18, so I'll plan to leave there around 2:00, hoping to get to the track around 5:00 or so.

I'll be camping at the track. What are people doing for dinner Sunday night? I'm up for a trip to a local restaurant.

Yeah, it's only about 150 miles from there. I'll be in the parking lot of the Maplefields gas station at Exit 18 and will keep an eye out for you.

Since you will be camping at the track, I'd recommend one of the few restaurants along Chemin du Village. Chemin du Village is the main road (also route 327) which leads to the track.

You'll notice Chemin Seguin to the right of the small body of water. At the end of Chemin Seguin, is the entrance to the track. If you are leaving the track, you'll turn left off of Chemin Seguin onto Chemin du Village, and find a few restaurants within a mile or so. Since you can't get to the track without passing this area, it will be hard to miss.

Or, you can just look for the loud Americans. We're easy to pick out.
