Do you know what the per-person rate is? Can we get anything from them for it, like plates, napkins, condiments, etc?

My opinion is if we're going to pay NHIS for all this, we might as well just have them run the dinner. The price is going to include full services.

So all the people that are cooking out now are supposed to pay the track for their food?

According to the track, yes. It's in our contract, we cannot bring in outside food nor caterers without paying the restaurant for the privilege. Welcome to NHIS.
