Address to send new membership dues to.
I just signed up as a new member (hope to try my first track day this summer) and I need to know where to send my membership check to. My itchy mouse finger clicked through the new member page too quickly and I forgot to write it down. I've checked elsewhere on the site but I don't see it listed. Anyone have the address handy?
Thanks,
Chris

I hope you know this is a joke (and) not directed to anyone.mossaidis wrote:COM dues processing

Just some "sutle" differences between MA/upstateNY and living/working in NYC.

silly language... speaking of english, do they still call it a "ca" in mass?rajito wrote:Hey Mickey, we spell that "subtle" in MA. Feel free to send checks my way too. I am generously accepting donations for my track season fund now.

BTW, I'm still a poser Red Sox fan and almost glad I will can able to see a Sox-Yankee game easier than I did at Fenway. No jabs, just the reality of it.
I think you mean kah.mossaidis wrote: silly language... speaking of english, do they still call it a "ca" in mass?
Chris - welcome! I think seen and participated in some of your posts on the Miata forum about prepping your car. Something about seats, if I recall.
By the way - our online check-payment system is really good. I was skeptical at first, as it seems many are, but the system works perfectly, and its nice and secure too.
In any event, make yourself at home and plan to have a great time. Whatever you do, sign up for an away event <cough>Mosport</cough>.

Mmmm, Mosport. I love that track. Never been there in person but I've done 100 laps or so in Grand Prix Legends. Unfortunately it's so far away I'll have to spend a bunch of political capital with the wife to do something like that. Every time I go away I saddle my wife with having to take care of our daughter solo. As it is I'm stretching things a bit with my anual trip to LRP for the ALMS race. This year I'm hoping to camp out overnight and do both days instead of just going for one day like I had in the past.WillM wrote:mossaidis wrote: In any event, make yourself at home and plan to have a great time. Just for travel reasons I was planning on doing NHIS and Lime Rock. Maybe one of the closer Canadian tracks, but that's a big "if".
Of course, you could always bring them along, and turn it into a mini-vacation. Or do what I did 5 years ago: get your wife involved in the sport. Then you'll get as many tracks days as you can stand/afford, wherever your want!Chris_F wrote:Every time I go away I saddle my wife with having to take care of our daughter solo.

Oh man. If only I could convince my fiancee to try this! Of course, she always tries to get me to come play volleyball and I hate that game, so I guess it all evens out in the wash (my wash just happens to cost more).BrakeL8r wrote:Of course, you could always bring them along, and turn it into a mini-vacation. The real trick will be seeing if I can convince her to let me spend more of the wedding budget on track dates. I think I'm going to be lucky to get the 4 NHIS dates and any more I might be risking a prenuptial divorce.
