Always a great time and a fantastic deal with great food and ambience. Club foots some of the price. Show your significant other that we at COM clean up pretty good and after two months away from the track you can hardly notice the grease under the fingernails. We do, however, refuse to talk about anything but cars and track events.

Sorry Bruce, but I must take exception to your statement. At the afternoon cocktail hour, bench racing session, we also discuss the merits of the different beers and wines that individuals bring to the hospitality suite. We also debate which beer or wine goes best the the snack platters that are served. :tweety:

On Wine and beers:
Make sure if you start with white wine it's OK to move onto Red after but not the other way around
Also do not start with red wine and switch to beer
If having beer, make sure you only have one if you plan to move to wine after, and better make that red wine.
Beer goes with everything - beer drinkers consider htat the main course where everything else is food to keep the beer going...
Wine drinkers enhance the wine with the meal.
Cheese, red meats = generally red wine
Fish, seafood (general) = white wine

Pink Zinfandel is not wine - at leat not in my list ...

Believe I had several at a Brazilian restaurant in Chung Li Taiwan of all places. You're on for the drink. Will, no, he is a Captain and Diet guy. Ever notice how he stands around with one leg in the air.

Congratulations! I too had one in Beijing of all places but grew up in Brazil with several iterations of that potent drink...

I do enjoy Caipirinhas (and can pronounce them correctly! ;)) as well. Ask Gordon, Les, or anyone else at the December Renegade meeting. Eileen must have thought I was crazy when I showed up with two dozen limes and a bottle of cachaça...

At the banquet, I think Lee will have to settle for a Caipiroska. ;)
