Which class would the 1.5l Toyota Yaris fall into?

Given these specs:
Engine: 1.5 L, 106hp @ 6000 RPM, 103 lb-ft @ 4200 RPM
Front Suspension: Independant MacPherson struts
Rear Suspension: Torsion beam
Tires: P175/65-14
I'd say it is definitely a SSU car. Z06's, lookout!

The Yaris would most certainly be a SSC car. Even the aerodynamically-enhanced hatchback!
