2005 Saturn Ion Coupe - possible Lemons or extra family car?

Selling this for a friend and thought maybe a future Lemons car. Here are the details sent from my friend:
Asking $900 but negotiable for COMSCC friends.

"2005 Saturn Ion Coupe - 2.2 liter - 4 cylinder - 5 speed standard – 3,550 gross weight
• Silver with sun roof, cloth interior
• 105,814 miles Nov 2019
• New back shocks Feb 2019
• New tiers at 98,417 mi (Nov 2018)
• New clutch and battery at 90,080 mi. (Dec 2017)
• New front suspension Jun 2016
• Inspection up at the end of Nov.
o Needs new resonator assembly & muffler to pass inspection
o Firestone quoted $640
• This is the one with the 2 small doors for getting into the back seat.
Oil changed every ~5K. All service receipts available.
Firestone did majority of the service work. Car runs well.
We got it for my son in Nov 2013 with 57,436 miles.
My son is graduating college and going into the Peace Corps for a 27 month tour, no reason to keep the car…"
