Adding an attendee to the NHIS dinner

When I registered and paid for the Oct. NHIS event I did so for just myself. My fiancee has decided to come join me for the weekend and I want to add her to the list of dinner attendees. Is it simply fill out another e-check with a note in the memo section or do I need to contact someone else to make sure the head count doesn't get messed up?

I paid for a dinner spot that I may not use. If they give out tickets - see me and I can 'sell' you mine.

I can do that, but if you find that it will be used, please let me know so I can make other payment arrangements.
