Super class rule changes

I see that the 2019 rule's have been posted and see no mention of the proposed rule changes for Super class's that were mentioned here https://www.comscc.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5830

Have they already been voted on and decided against or are they still something that is being decided upon.

None of those proposed changes happened. The only change in Super this year is that "Super E" was created with a power/weight of 19 and higher.
