JACKIE STEWART coaching

Post by StephanAlfa » Mon Sep 17, 2018 10:48 am

Hi!
Many students heard me saying about this footage in classroom.
I thought I'd share this with you given we at COMSCC now have advance coaching for licensed drivers as well as other assistance to help you improve.
Some of you have heard this from instructors (miss the apex, is a classic!).
Here is the link, enjoy watching!

Oh, and by the way I DO know him personally as well!

Love this episode.

"Hmm. And not very well, I thought".

Can we get that Stewart fellow for chief instructor? Our pay is good.

There's a moment in this film where Sir Jackie is talking about not surprising the car. He pushes May suddenly who is then off balance, and contrasts that with leaning into him gradually. It really helped me start to get my head around weight transfer and slowing down my inputs to be smoother.

Slow down to speed up!

+1 to hire him as Chief Instructor! Rumors of the pay, however, are greatly overstated!
