Club Motorsports: September 29-30 Event Info
Here is the advance info for our event at Club Motorsports in Tamworth NH...please stay tuned for up to the minute info as some things may change:
- TURN ON YOUR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS NOW so that you can see communications from the club on the COM Mobile Application leading up to and through the event. There is no PA system and this will be our primary mode of communication.
- Track entry will be allowed on Thursday, September 28 starting at 4pm and ending at 7pm. Please do not arrive earlier. Our staff needs to get in there and get situated first. Please stay tuned for additional info via the app and our forum as the parking situation is subject to change/refinement.
- The facility closes and everyone must be out by 7pm each night. The gates are locked at that time. The gates will be open from 7am to 7pm on both Friday and Saturday.
- Registration, all meetings, and the classroom will be located under the tent in the west paddock unless otherwise notified.
- IMPORTANT: THE NOISE LIMIT IS 92dBa and no car exceeding this level will be allowed to run. Cars on track that exceed this limit will be black flagged and brought in. You will get one chance to quiet your car down. If your car is black flagged a second time, the car will be parked, and there will be no refunds for the day. You have been warned. The track is measuring in five different locations and those locations are not known to us. Please take this seriously, and just show up with your turn downs and supertrapps installed. We busted our butts to make this event happen and black flags for this kind of thing will make us look bad. Please don't make me look bad. I'll get very cranky.
- There is no camping at all.
- Porta-potties are dispersed around the facility in strategic areas.
- There is food and fuel within a couple miles of the venue starting at the intersection of rt 25 and rt 16. There is also a local NAPA auto parts for those that may need something. There is no official food service on site, so bring in everything you need.
- There is NO fluid shed, and NO trash disposal. Please leave with everything you bring.
- Parents are responsible for controlling their children. Unattended children (under age 16) are not allowed. This is a fast paced event and any violation of this rule creates a safety hazard. Violators will be asked to leave. Members are responsible for the actions of their crew and guests.
- NO areas of the paddock and surrounding areas including route 25 are to be used for brake bedding, suspension tuning, etc. The state police are next door.
- Speed in the paddock area SLOW. If you have to ask what slow is, you’re probably going too fast. Traffic flow will be explained at the drivers meeting.
- Minors (under age 16, not the coal digging kind) will not be allowed to ride bicycle, scooters, ATV's, etc. Pit bikes for adults and staff are allowed.
If you have any questions, post them on the forum or contact us through the messenger in the COM Mobile application.

Re: Club Motorsports: September 29-30 Event Info
Troy,
so we will be allowed to drop trailers and cars Thursday?
Can trailers be parked next to or behind race car (like Palmer) to get access to tools, tires and gas?
Which paddock will we use?
Is there any breakfast or lunch food there?
Is there any compressed air?
thanx for all the effort.

Re: Club Motorsports: September 29-30 Event Info
Hi Bruce!
Will drop off on Thursday be allowed?
Yes.Trailers & vehicles may be dropped off on Thursday from 4PM - 7PM.
Everyone must be out by 7PM. That goes for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, too!
Which Paddock will we use?
We have all 4 paddocks at our disposal.
Can trailers be parked next to or behind race cars?
This depends on which paddock you use. The two paddocks by the main entrance allow for some tow vehicles & trailers to park next to their race cars for the duration of the event. The Main paddock does not. For this reason, we expect all participants that drive to the event in their car to park in the Main Paddock. The Main Paddock can also accommodate members who drive up towing a small tire trailer behind their car - those are OK (and welcome).
Will there be food?
Not on site.
There is Dunkin' Donuts, McDonalds, Subway, and various Pizza shops within a few minutes form the track (on Rte 16).
Will there be air?
Not officially. I will have a small generator and air compressor, and will make it available for use. If anyone else has this capability, please share!

Re: Club Motorsports: September 29-30 Event Info
Due to space constraints and lack of paved parking at Club Motorsports, parking will be as follows for our visit this year:
1) Lot 1 (AKA West Paddock)
If you drive your car to the track please find a space in this lot.
If you trailer your car on an open trailer, please unload your trailer in this lot and then move your truck and trailer to the unpaved Lot 2 (aka Main Paddock).
If you trailer your car in an enclosed trailer, please see below as we have a limited # of paddock spaces for enclosed trailers.
Registration, tech, classroom, restrooms and drivers meeting will be located in the Lot 1 area.
2) Lot 2 (aka Main Paddock)
Primarily for parking trucks and trailers. Please be careful in this lot as some of the rocks are quite large and pointy.
If you want to paddock in this space, feel free.
3) Lot 3
Parking for 5th wheel, triple-axle tag and very long double-axle tag trailers.
Access to this lot is available from the Welcome Center entrance by arrangement. Get in touch with Jeff Wasilko via the COM Mobile App for details.
There will be room for 4-5 shorter double-axle tag trailers once the larger vehicles are in. Please get in touch with Jeff Wasilko via the COM Mobile App for details. Do not occupy space in this lot without prior arrangement.
Parking in this lot is tail-in (head-out) for larger trucks/trailers. Please leave the gravel area open as a pull thru lane.
4) Lot 4
This lot is available for a limited # of drivers with enclosed trailers that would like to paddock close to their gear. We should have room for 10 or so truck/trailers here. Parking is head-in to the track. Do not park in the area adjacent to to the porta-john.
Access to this lot will be via the pit road when coming from the Lot 1 area. It will be a bit tight--please don't hit any cones.
