Ear plugs
Ear plugs
What have you found are the best at keeping the "end of the day ear ring" away after a day on track? I've been using the orange foam ear plugs for years but I'm sure there are better options now from the likes of Eargasm, PQ, Adept, Hearheed, etc: noise reduction, noise canceling? I don't use a radio and they obviously need to fit unobstructed beneath a helmet so a long pull tab won't work. When I drive I don't need to hear what the tires are doing so the most sound I can block out is ideal, for me (I can hear another race car by my side just fine with the foam plugs).

Re: Ear plugs
I have been using sone from hms motorsports that i really like. Will post the name later. They are in my trailer. Low profile. Comfortable under helmet. Can use them for sleeping near generators too.

Re: Ear plugs
Don't park near the generators if you don't like white noise. It puts me to sleep.
