How long before TT times are posted after an event?

I got my time, but I was curious about the other classes.

In the time box for results, what does "QSQ" mean? I have seen "DSQ" before, but never "QSQ". Typo?

I saw somebody shooting a lot of pix up in the rock near pit out.
