1. Track entry and camping will be allowed on Friday, May 6. Friday entry depends on previous group clearing the garages, but should be NLT 700 PM. Late entry to track will be allowed, sign in at gate. You may register at the Main gate from 600-800PM on Friday and 700-800AM on Saturday and Sunday.
2. The restaurant will be open from 800AM to 200PM. PLEASE give corner workers priority!
3. Gas pumps (98 Octane @ $9.00/gal, with "street" 93 octane @ going local rate) will be available to purchase at any time. Credit/debit cards ONLY.
4. Fluid Shed open from 1200 - 100PM
5. Parents are responsible for controlling their children. Unattended children (under age 16) are not allowed. This is a fast paced event and any violation of this rule creates a safety hazard. Violators will be asked to leave the premises. Members are responsible for the actions of their crew and guests. Your guests or crew break the rules....out you go!
6. NO areas are to be used for brake bedding, suspension tuning, etc. Violators will be asked to leave the premises. Unsafe speed or other practices ANYWHERE on the track property will result in the violator being asked to leave the premises.
7. Minors (under age 16) will not be allowed to ride bicycle, scooters, ATV's, etc. anytime during the hours the track is open (hot track).
8. DO NOT park on the Middle garage side of the fence!!!! We pay for the North garage/paddock area. You will be asked to move if you park anywhere else.
9. If you are camping at the track DO NOT run electric cords across areas where there is vehicle traffic.
10. There will be no charge for camping.
11. If you arrive in the evening after registration is closed, you may enter by signing in at the gate, but you cannot occupy a garage until you register the next morning and have a garage assignment. Registration will be open on Friday evening for the hours listed in your registration confirmation email.
12. That said, if you arrive after registration closes, you must return to the registration window at 700AM on Saturday morning to get your registration packet.
13. Trailer drop offs prior to the event will be your responsibility, i.e.: check at the gate for permission.
14. Please respect the premises! COM has a great partnership with NHMS. Please leave garages CLEAN! No fluids in the trash! (well, maybe stale beer, but I recommend you drink it while fresh AFTER the track closes).
15. Sound limit is 98db. The club is not responsible for making the rule. Individuals should have a darned good idea what their levels are!
