I have to check the rules for dress code----- I think for this year all clothes have to be Snell 2010 or better

All kidding aside, there is no dress code but at least wear clothes after all we want to leave a decent impression about our club.

Can we have a quick reminder of the full agenda at opening times at suite, what we can bring, board meeting, time or banquet, etc....

Hi Stephan, There is no separate hospitality suite but we use the lobby bar as a meet and greet location before the banquet. People show up at different times, 5:00 to 5:30 for me. The banquet room opens at 6:00 with the meal being served about 7:00. There will be a cash bar in the lobby and the banquet room but some people BYOB (not favored by the hotel but much less costly). The Board of Directors meeting and election results are done during the banquet.There is also a special room rate for COM members if you decide to stay over, just mention COM when registering. See you there.

Paul you can use Sam's spot but if he changes him mind, I always book a few extra meals as there is always a couple of late entrants.
