what is required for my Miata to do track days

I have a 2006 NC, from what I read I need a rollbar. If I get a rollbar can I do track days with the stock seats and stock seatbelt?

I'm not a Miata guy, but I believe you will need arm restraints if the car is open topped.
And yes, I believe the stock seats and belts are ok, as long as they are matching and in good condition.

But it would be best to have someone confirm that.
