On my way to NHMS and just as I believed my weekend was going to hell in a basket with the sound of a blown transmission and while waiting for a AAA flat bed , things turned around in a hurry.
First , Bruce Allen pulls over and offers unselflessly the use of his beautiful truck for the weekend for me to go to and from my hotel, then as I'm trying to figure out what to do about the trailer, Dana & Cassie appear out of nowhere and offer to tow my trailer and me to the Track , while this is going on Bob Brook shows up to lend a helping hand as well as a great meal ( BBQ) the following day , top it off with the best racing club due to the great engine that drives it , the BOD.
