Here's some edited video of my friend Nate, who came to co-drive my car. There are 3 practice laps and the TT, as well as some footage of a black CTS-V correcting some oversteer.

Fred your car is sick! Quite impressive how it screams out of 12 and down the straight. I think Nate was hitting around 135.

Nate was a natural, great feeling for the car from the first lap. I hope he had fun with us.

Yep, Nate had a great time on the East Coast! I'm glad he turned in some solid laps, too, with data. Now I know quantitatively where I'm leaving speed on the table.

He loved the club because it's very focused on turning fast laps with fast drivers and fast cars. Nate was very complimentary of the advice you gave on lines, like how he was squaring off the approach to the bowl. I guess the Chatterbox picked up a bunch of the noise from the exhaust reflecting on the walls, so it was hard to hear sometimes.

My speedo is off by 10% because I'm running undersized tires. There's also a normal European speedometer fudge factor that makes it read high. So an indicated 139 mph was actually 121 mph by AiM.

Video quality stinks but this is one of my better laps. So much work to do!

It was a fitting end to this season to have my motor die at the last event. It owes me nothing after the last few years!

This was the last session I ran before the motor finally died. Nothing exciting to see here, just some toe-to-toe laps with Chad towards the end.

Dave, I was watching you and thinking- Man he is realllllly smooth! Then Chad got on your tail and you started to drive a little sloppier. That Integra shakes you in the rearview. Same thing happened to me with him. LOL Damn GSR!

Sucks about the engine, but at least you were able to finish the season. You will be fresh and ready for the spring.

Baller, life is a little sketchier on the hairy edge - don't forget that smooth doesn't always equal fast; fast equals fast. I think DW is just "on it" once he sees his friends in the rear view.

My TT laps were a little sketchy.

Lap 1- I carried too much speed into the oval, missed the apex, ended up in the marbles, and almost tracked out into the wall.

Lap 3- The car was very loose in turns 3, 10, and the north chicane.
